WORKSHOP TOPICS: Intention versus Impact Business Etiquette (Meetings, dinners, lunches, happy hours, etc.) Imposter Syndrome-Reclaiming Your Confidence for Courage in Any Space Return to Work Resiliency Organizational Justice- Transparency for Employee Retention Sonia's written humorous and insightful editorials for The Denver Post's "Idea Log", and The Daily Nebraskan, on everything from parenting to being courageous in the face of fear. She's facilitated workshops for the Colorado Space Business Roundtable, SpaceVision, Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated (Denver Chapter) on what everything from etiquette to what justice looks like at work. She's spoken to businesses and startups about the importance of equity and empathy and how these concepts can be integrated into a company's core values. Sonia combines entertaining, hands-on activities with education in each workshop experience.
